This notice explains how personal data submitted through sisentek.com is processed, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

If you complete the demo request form on this site, the following data is processed:

Please do not enter identification numbers, health information or other sensitive data in the note field; such information is not needed to assess your request.

- Responding to demo, quotation and sample testing requests
- Providing product and pricing information and answering technical questions
- Conducting pre-sales and after-sales communication
- Performing the commercial relationship and legal obligations if a contract is concluded
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds:
- Art. 5/2-c — Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- Art. 5/2-ç — Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller
- Art. 5/2-f — Legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed
- Art. 5/1 — Your explicit consent, for transfers abroad (see section 6)
5. Method of Collection
Data is collected electronically, solely through your voluntary completion of the contact form on this site. No other identifying data is collected automatically during your visit.
6. International Transfers
When you submit the form, your data is transmitted and stored through the service providers listed below. These providers are established outside Türkiye, so the transmission constitutes a transfer abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK and relies on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.

If you prefer not to give explicit consent, you are not required to use the form; you may contact us directly at info@sisentek.com or by phone.
7. Retention Period
Data submitted through the form is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your request is concluded. If a commercial relationship is established, the relevant data is retained for the statutory periods set out in the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law (as a rule, 10 years). At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Cookies
This site does not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies. It writes no cookies to your browser and stores no data in local storage. Visit statistics are collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
9. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You may submit requests relating to your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller:

- in writing to the address stated above
Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest. Please note that we cannot respond to applications where we are unable to verify your identity.
11. Changes
This notice may be revised due to changes in legislation or in our service providers. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated accordingly.
